Tim McGraw is putting his fan-swatting incident behind him.
Country Weekly says the singer's rep has issued a collaborative statement from McGraw and Jesslyn Taylor, saying the matter "has been mutually resolved the old-fashioned way - with a simple conversation."
The incident occurred at Tim's July 13th concert in Atlanta. A widely-circulated fan-shot video shows Taylor grabbing McGraw's upper thigh, and ripping his jeans as he swats her hand away. The country star then leans over and swats her in the head before Taylor is escorted away by security.
McGraw later called it "an unfortunate situation," telling "ET Canada" he "reacted in an instinctive, defensive way." Taylor then hired a personal injury attorney, who told TMZ his client was seeking an apology from McGraw.
