Thousands of Berkshire Hathaway shareholders celebrated the company led by Warren Buffett with a series of events Sunday.

One day after the company's annual meeting attracted roughly 38,000 people, shareholders participated in a 5k run Sunday.

Three of Buffett's key assistants _ Tracy Britt Cool and investment managers Ted Weschler and Todd Combs _ led the 5k race in downtown Omaha.

Buffett sold jewelry and played bridge with shareholders Sunday afternoon at Berkshire's Borsheims jewelry store. Then the Obama-based billionaire planned to visit the private shareholder dinners being held at two of his favorite local steak houses, Gorat's and Piccolo's.
