Outdoor Warning Sirens To Be Tested

The Douglas County Emergency Management Agency will begin testing of the Outdoor Warning Siren System for 2014 on Saturday morning.

The visual test of the sirens will begin at 10:00 a.m.  As part of the test protocol, there will be at least two soundings and possibly three.

The sirens will sound at 10:00 and 10:30 a.m. If a third sounding is needed, it will be at 11:00 AM.

The test could be cancelled and postponed due to inclement weather.
