Authorities return to an Omaha manufacturing plant one day after an industrial accident killed two people and injured ten others.

Key structural supports failed after a fire at the International Nutrition plant Monday morning, but authorities don't know what caused the blaze. Interim Omaha Fire Chief Bernie Kanger noted there wer no hazardous chemicals at the plant. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration will determine the cause.

The body of Keith Everett was recovered by crews late Monday afternoon, but increasing winds along with the shaky building forced rescuers to suspend operations before the second victim's body could be discovered. That work will resume today.

Kanger says it could be weeks before investigators are able to determine what caused the industrial accident.
