Truck Sale Turned Robbery Nets One Arrest; Another At Large

Two people were robbed in Council Bluffs on Wednesday after trying to buy a pickup.  

Police say the victims agreed to meet with a man and a woman near South 15th and 4th Avenue around 11 a.m.  

When they arrived the man pulled a gun and the woman brandished a crowbar, taking cash and a cell phone.

The suspects fled in the 2011 black Chevy Silverado.  

Thirty-four-year-old Misty Huff of Council Bluffs faces a first-degree robbery charge. Her alleged accomplice, 21-year-old Jared Brandt, who remains at large.  Brandt is a 21-year-old black male, 6-1, 270 lbs, with short black hair.  Brandt should be considered armed and dangerous.
