Wind Chill Advisory will be in effect from to Thursday.  The National Weather Service reports temperatures will fall below zero and that combined with gusty northwest winds from 15 to 20 MPH, the wind chill factor will be 20 to 30-degrees below zero through Thursday morning.  The advisory is in effect for much of eastern Nebraska and western Iowa


The Wind Chill Advisory also means there is an increased danger of frost bite and hypothermia unless precautions are taken.  That includes wearing hat and gloves.
