An Omaha woman was sentenced to 30 days in jail for serving alcohol to a minor prior to a deadly crash.

Amanda Heiman, was also given two years probation and community service in the 2012 crash near 208th and West Dodge Road that killed 18-year-old Jacob Dickmeyer, and injured Colby Burke.

Court documents show Heiman carded both teenagers, who gave her their Nebraska driver's licenses. Neither was 21.

Investigators said when Dickmeyer left the bar and got behind the wheel of Heiman's car, his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
