There's a new viral trend involving baked beans.

Stores have been urged to look out for children buying large quantities of baked beans, while parents are being encouraged to check their cupboards.

It comes after 'beaning', a bizarre new trend, took off on social video sharing app TikTok.

'Beaning' involves children smearing baked beans onto people's driveways, doors and cars - and, of course, filming it. Here's one of those:
