HUNTINGTON - At least two people were jailed on felony charges Sunday at the Western Regional Jail, according to booking records.
Ronald Porter Gumbert, 42, was incarcerated at 8:30 a.m. Sunday. Authorities in Cabell County charged Gumbert with breaking and entering. Bond was set at $25,000.
Natasha Diamond Rio Cook, 24, was incarcerated at 5 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged Cook with two capiases and a warrant. Bond was set at $5,000.
