Motorcyclist killed in suspected hit and run crash
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) -- Omaha Police are investigating what is believed to be a hit-and-run crash that took the life of a motorcycle rider at 32nd and Q streets Wednesday morning.
Rescue crews were called to the scene at approximately 6:40 a.m.
Police say the motorcycle rider was eastbound on Q Street and the other vehicle involved was northbound on 32nd. They collided in the intersection.
Omaha Police Lt. John Sokolik said. "The accident appears to be a hit-and-run at this point. We're currently looking for the run vehicle and the driver of that vehicle."
The suspect vehicle drove off westbound for one block and then went north on 33rd.
