Penn State Faculty Arrested For "Restroom Video Cameras"

A Penn State University employee is accused of videotaping men in the rest room at Bryce Jordan Center during the past year.

Charles W. Chamberlin Jr., 54, of Spring Mills, was charged today by Penn State University police with 76 counts of misdemeanor invasion of privacy by viewing "intimate parts" of another person.

State College Area School District said that during its prom May 12 at Bryce Jordan Center, a guest of one of its students reported he was videotaped in the rest room by a Penn State employee working there.

While Penn State College police say the investigation began after the report was received from the student's guest, the student is not one of the victims named in the criminal complaint.
