An Illinois man admitted to police that he threw his newborn son multiple times to get him to stop crying.
18-year-old Nicholas Fecarota was taken into custody by Minooka police and charged with first degree murder in the death of his 3-week-old baby.
On Friday, Minooka police responded to a call about a 3-week-old baby boy who was not breathing. The baby was transported to Morris Hospital and pronounced dead a short time later. Doctors determined that the baby had a skull fracture. After interviewing Fecarota, police say he admitted to throwing the baby multiple times to make him stop crying.
