Teens Now Suffering from 'Text Neck' Say Doctors

Doctors say they're seeing more and more cases of what they've dubbed "Text Neck" in teens and kids.

If your child has been complaining of neck or back pain, this could be the culprit! When kids spend too much time hunched over, typing or looking at their phones, the result is that the person can lose the natural curve in their neck and the muscles become overly tightened.

Doctors recommend obviously putting the phones down, but also to make sure your kids are sleeping on their backs and are well-supported.
