Jana Kramer offered an in-depth conversation about the importance of going for annual mammograms, conducting regular self-checks (and the right way to conduct them, steps to help reduce cancer risk and more in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. Kramer’s latest episode of Whine Down with Jana Kramer includes Kristin Brust and Oncologist Dr. Amit Patel.

“Dr. Patel shares crucial tips on how to do your own breast exam, and he discusses the truth about how to lower your risk for all cancers,” Kramer said as she shared a clip from the podcast on Instagram on Monday (October 14).
