TikTokkers revealed a hack to order a Cotton Candy Sprite at McDonald's in viral posts shared on the social media app.

McDonald's customers can order this sweet treat soda by asking for three pumps of French vanilla syrup in their cup of Sprite, which apparently makes the beverage taste like cotton candy. The hack must, however, be done in-store as McDonald's doesn't give an option to add French vanilla syrup to sodas in orders made online or through its app.

The Cotton Candy Sprite has already created some buzz on TikTok, with competitive eating legend and four-time Nathan's Lemonade chugging champion Eric 'Badlands' Booker crediting it as "the new hack for 2025."

“I’m telling you, the way they reworking Sprite is amazing, and we are here to enjoy," Booker said.

YouTuber Tanuki Dan said he enjoyed the beverage and was surprised that it actually had a cotton candy taste.

“Wow. That is awesome. That is really good,” he said. “I was not ready for it to actually kind of taste like cotton candy. It still tastes more like vanilla than cotton candy, but this is awesome.”

A McDonald's employee also shared a video of himself trying the hack after being told about it by a customer.

“It actually tastes like cotton candy,” the employee said.

“At this point, I don’t even know, you just have to try it for yourself,” he added. “But it tastes like cotton candy."
