They also cut out the usual suspects—sugar, alcohol, dairy, grains, and trans fats. After two months, the group that followed the food plan shaved more than two years off their biological age. TWO YEARS. Just from food. 🤯

And while they did lose a few pounds, the researchers say the real magic came from the foods themselves—not the weight loss.
