March 6th was Frozen Food Day But not everything does well inside a freezer, though. According to experts, here are 10 foods you should NEVER put in your freezer, because they don't keep well.

1. Milk. It separates when thawed. Same goes for cream-based soups.

2. Cooked pasta. It gets gummy and mushy.

3. Raw potatoes. Cooked potatoes freeze well, just not raw ones.

4. Eggs in the shell. The inside expands and cracks the shell. If you need to freeze eggs, whisk them first.

5. Fried foods. They'll end up soggy and gross.

6. Soft cheeses. Things like cream cheese and ricotta separate just like milk. Same goes for yogurt.

7. Pasta salads with mayonnaise. Again, it separates.

8. Fresh herbs. It wrecks the flavor and texture.

9. Cucumbers. They get mushy and slimy because they're mostly water.

10. Coffee beans. Lots of people do it, but freezing coffee messes with the flavor. It can absorb odors from other stuff in there.
